Sketches and works in progress

Okay, first one has Terradrift fighting Havok. His design has gotten quite the overhaul and is still a work in progress. I have very little practice drawing fight scenes and it shows. Dynamic poses in general are something I need to work on.

Next, a very quick Halo sketch. Ever since I beat Halo Reach I've been wanting to draw this. In other words, this pic has been in my head for over a year. Not sure if I'll do anything more with it, or just leave it as a sketch. I've been wanting to do Halo fanart for a long time, but I have trouble drawing armor. Judging by my Mass Effect fanart, I am getting better at it. So, maybe I'll start doing some more Halo art.

Right below that we have a work in progress character sheet of my character Zurek. I've only drawn him once before, so I'm not expecting anyone to remember him. I actually started this last year and have just been letting it sit. So, not sure when/if I'll ever get it done.

The mermaid is something I just drew last night. I was originally planning on drawing my dark elf Athena from Kingdoms of Amalur. Alas, I just couldn't get her to turn out. Decided to play around with poses, and got what you see above. It seemed to be a fitting pose for a mermaid, so yeah. Mermaid instead of dark elf.

The last one is nothing new. I'm slowly making progress on it. It's partially inked now. If I didn't keep losing interest in it, it would probably be in the color stages by now...
